Ultrasound finding suggests large fibroid in left lateral wall of uterus which is causing displacement of endometrial cavity . Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its management depend upon many things like age, symptoms, family is completed or not. Normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus but it may also interfere is pregnancy like delay in conception, recurrent abortion etc. Infertility in your case may be related to fibroid uterus. Firstly you may need conservative treatment in the form of hormone therapy. Myomectomy(surgical removal of fibroid)is the last option.
